I Am Legend UHD code not working

    I Am Legend UHD code not working

    I purchased I Am Legend on 4k blu ray, and the UV code registers as an invalid code when I try to redeem it here. I then tried redeeming on the site listed on the redemption slip (wb.com/redeemdigital) and it redeemed fine. In order to complete the redemption, you have to chose which retailer you want the movie redeemed at. I chose Vudu, and after being redirected here, it came up with a notice informing me the "Promotion was not found." If anyone can help, (Perhaps Jake?), that would be greatly appreciated. Its supposed to redeem in UHD here.

      I don't like redeeming anywhere other than VUDU. It seems whenever VUDU has an issue with movies disappearing from libraries, it's always the titles that I redeemed through Flixster. Since VUDU is the main place I watch my content, I want to ensure it works the best it can at all times.

            Can a mod please step in and help me with this already? I have opened a support ticket but received no response. I called VUDU customer support and they told me they would forward it to their content team and that I would receive an email from them. Still haven't received a response. Ive sent pictures of the redemption code slip and the error screens I receive. Can VUDU please just intervene, see that I do in fact have a valid code, and place the UV rights for the UHD version of the film in my library? Ive been granted HDX rights to things before when they've redeemed in SD. The agent I spoke to on the phone even confirmed that the code was valid. Can you help Jake?

              According to this page, Vudu isn't redeeming the UHD (in other words, it's not just you), so you really should just redeem at Flixster as suggested and be done with it....

              Also, in your first post, you said you got the error "promotion was not found." It sounds like you are trying to redeem under "Redeem Movie Credits" and not "Redeem UltraViolet Copy" under the "Services" menu.

                No, the promotion not found results from redeeming on the WB site. It links to VUDU and brings up that error.

                  I had a valid code that added my title to Pre Order but Vudu for some unknown reason cancelled my preorder making my now code invalid. I too sent that to customer service and even sent them a copy of the validation slip. It was sent to escalation where Vudu told me I need to send them my receipt before they will do anything. I tossed the receipt (really who keeps receipts on a bluray purchase) so because Vudu cancelled my preorder without even asking me I had to buy the movie again to get another code. Good luck as Customer Service won't help you much even when it was all their fault for cancelling my order without my permission.
