This is the first time I have had a problem like this. I am going to try it again later to see if the problem is fixed.

Some people have report being able to redeem them for the $5 upgrade and then contacting VUDU for a refund or credit of the difference. YMMV

Vudu, is there in chance these will ever be corrected? We have been providing corrections, and it seems as if no one is even reading these threads?

          These DVDs are not working:

          Borderline 2002 - DVD - 043396098664
WHERE ARE THE CHILDREN? - DVD - 683904543653
Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters' First One Hundred Years - DVD - 043396404991
          Prosecuting Casey Anthony - DVD - 024543882596

Hatchet series on Blu Ray 1-4
            Of Mice and Men DVD
Ginger Snaps series Blu Ray and DVD

              Battle Royale 013132440194
              Machete 024543274520

And I keep telling the disc read what the disc is supposed to be, but clearly no one is updating any of them. Discs that wouldn't read 6 months ago still aren't recognized.

None of these titles are M2D or D2D...

I have encountered two UPCs that are not recognized:

                  024543839477 - The King and I (Blu-ray)

032429159571 - Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (Blu-ray)

Both of these are listed as eligble, so why is the code unrecognized?

Vudu doesn't have every UPC for every title in their system, making lots not work. Some don't even have any Blu-ray UPCs in the system, and only work for DVDs, others won't work for either. It would be nice if Vudu decided to update their system and correct the errors, but we have been waiting almost a year and nothing has been done.

I agree, it would be nice. I opened an incident report, but there has been no response. I searched a bit further online and was able to locate another bul-ray code for the Star Trek movie, but still no luck with regards to the musical. I have been exchanging emails with Fox about this in hopes they can provide an alternative code. If not, perhaps they will have mercy on me and give me a UV redemption code.

Perhaps Movies Anywhere will add a comparable disc-to-digital service, in which case I will create a userid there and link my VUDU library to it.

Ironically, when disc D2D started, every single Star Trek identified as 4

Can we start a patreon to get them to reassign an intern from getting coffee to punching in these UPC? They can easily validate them through WalMart. Heck, I?d do it next time I?m in SoCal for Store credit

There was a list posting like this for discs that wouldn't read. They never updated their database for those, so I'm sure they won't do it for this either. Thank god they got rid of the ability to take a disc in and have it done, wouldn't want anyone being able to actually use the D2D service.
