Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" to check out 3/24/2017

    Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" to check out 3/24/2017

    I have tried to check out with the remaining titles that i have in my cart, however i cant click on "view order" i can only click on add disc. Is there anything i can do to check out?

    Having the same issue. No one seems to want to answer my question about it either. My cart is full, and frozen. Can't delete any, or add.

      Same thing with me. I had my cart full but after all the changes I can't view, add or delete anything from my cart.

          did anyone check the email or their junk folder from vudu? once u click submit they tell u to check your e-mail.. there shold b a message from vudu with a link that leads u to a confirmation page or checkout if everything is going correctly.

            Can not "View Cart" even though button lights up when cursor is over it. I can add discs, but can not look at my cart or check out. There is an older thread where people where having the same problem in 2014, and a VUDU support representative "did something on his end" and people where having success viewing their cart again.....

              I will let you know, I was having the same issue and called customer service today. They said I had a cart "pending" and they were going to try and "push" it through from their side. They said they could not do it and the cart would have to be deleted and I would have to start again.

              I saw other older posts where customer service had to remove one of the movies that was not eligible anymore for conversion with success, but apparently my cart was not that.

              They said there is a glitch in their servers when the cart sits for more than 24 hours. That customers should only convert 10 to 15 at a time to avoid a big loss if it is to freeze up.

              I will also let people know if you have your cart full and need to go to Walmart to covert a disc that will not work on the computer, it will also wipe out your cart. Found that out the hard way.

                By the way, there is no more in-store conversion. Support for that officially ended 4/1, although lots of people reported being told they had discontinued the program a week or two before that.

                  I am having the same problem, but at least I think I know what triggered it even if I can't seem to fix it. I bought a copy of Reservoir Dogs that I didn't think included digital copy so added it to my cart via home D2D. Later I noticed the digital copy code among the inserts and redeemed that way. When trying to go back and delete from cart, it didn't work and hasn't worked ever since. Even deleting and uninstalling both Vudu-toGo and Adobe Air didn't help. Guess I'll need to call support to get my cart cleared to get it working again.

                    The Abyss (Special Edition) and Marilyn Hotchkiss Ballroom Dancing and Charm School are no longer available for conversion and have been removed. You should now have access to your cart.
