HD DVD working with MD2D program

Just an FYI that a couple of months ago while using the Mobile D2D program, I grabbed several of my old HD DVD titles (I have 200+) and tried to scan them and a number of the titles scanned just fine and popped up to convert to Vudu HDX.

The only downfall was that the cost was $5 to convert, like a DVD, but considering that if you don't currently have an HDX version of these titles, still $5 is much better than $10 and/or $15. I did purchase a number of titles and still need to go back and keep scanning and keep converting!

Maybe I need to check my laserdisc collection barcodes.

Not surprising at all. I had about 200 HD DVD titles as well. I'd just take em to Wal Mart when they had the d2d conversion but since it was HD they treated it like a bluray to bluray conversion and only charged me 2.00 a title to convert. I was able to convert about 180 of my 200 titles and then sold them all when HD DVD was sinking and got 200.00 for my collection so it cost me in the end a dollar a piece to convert.
