    I am getting a

    'We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later.'

    Error when I attempt to use my desktop D2D. It will not let me edit my cart or check out. I did figure out that it is because I have a copy of Jonah Hex in my cart, but recently acquired bought the bluray and got the digital copy that way. Now I can't do much with D2D until someone can help me. I sent a request to support on 8/28, but so far it's still open. Is there any way a forum mod can help me out with this so I can continue to get my conversions??

    I am having the same issue with mine. Trying to edit cart to remove a movie I already got another way.

      I am having the same problem for the same reason. Can any mod help me get the offending movie out of my cart?

        Also having the same problem. This happened for me as soon as they went to scanning the barcodes with the phones. I cannot checkout, edit or even get the mobile app to do anything. I changed credit cards, tried different versions of my address, gps on, different phones, but nothing works. And the lovely thing is that it takes support such a long time to get back to you with any kind of help.

            I have the same issue on my home computer I have 18 movies in my cart,I uninstalled then reinstalled nothing works I cant even edit my cart

            Is there any fixes out there...
