    -email address with Vudu
-makes and model(s) of device(s) that you're experiencing a decrease in performance on
-device ID(s) of said devices (settings > system info from within the Vudu app)
    -your ISP
-your public IP (you can use this link to get your public IP https://www.whatismyip.com/ )
    Felipe,

There is a whole 3 page thread on the audio dropouts as well. Should you post this request there as well?

There's a post asking for this already.

        Felipe,

Thanks.. Forgot it was there as well.. Just trying to help. :-) The issue though is still very much there and still not seeing any updates from VUDU folks on a fix. :-( The audio was working perfectly until the January 18th VUDU update (3.0.25 on LG) .. As I stated on that thread, the VUDU app on my XBOX One X works fine, so something about the new updated VUDU APP on LG broke a very working system. UHD is pretty much useless now.. both rented and stored in MyVUDU...

We are well aware of this issue and it's being investigated. We usually respond when we have something more concrete to share.

Thank you.. As I said, for those of us using the App on LG, UHD is no longer an option until it's resolved.

Not only UHD. For me the whole app is broken. I can?t get a single movie to even load it?s launch page. I check every day to see it it?s been fixed, and every day is another disappointment.

I have a Samsung TV and there are issues but it also seems to be flaky with ROKU as well. My assumption is there "new look" hozed everything and it looks horrible. Please revert back to a proven platform and UI, remove the "update" and leave well enough alone.

                Thanks and good luck.

There is a update for Vudu on my LG tv. I updated the app, but am still having the same problems as before the update with lag on the launch page.

                    Posting on both threads...

Well, there is a new update to VUDU on LG (3.0.26) and we still have the audio outage. :-( Funny thing was it didn't come up as needing the update. I had to delete and re-install. It's dated January 28th, 2018..

Saw that as well. Not sure what's included in this update, but it didn't fix the audio drop-outs. Given the current Vudu trend, the update likely broke something else.

Meh, nothing's changed here. Other apps on the SAME LGs that have BROKEN vudu still work fine. My kids XB1 vudu still works fine. We've said screw it (actually another word) and if it's not on Netflix, we put our discs in.

Yeah I?m not worried about it anymore either. I just got Apple 4k tv and it works just fine plus more uhd content anyway. Vudu has not worked for months on my LG tv and that?s just unacceptable!

Team Vudu, can we get an eta on an updated app that isn't broken for a major brand like LG? Buying UHD and then not being able to watch it is starting to tick a lot of your users off.

Just a heads up: Vudu has been deleting posts and locking threads that ask questions like this. They apparently don't want users discussing these issues, possibly because they don't have any intentions of fixing them.

That being said... the answer is no: There is no ETA on an updated app. Vudu's official comment is "no comment" and they indicated that they will not say anything further about the issue.
