The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Vudu Buffering or Lossing Connection

    I am in Phoenix Az and every night around midnight or 1AM I am getting the message "unable to stream this movie due to network errors". Now I have Cox Platinum and my speedtest results are stunning 140 in the download stream so it's not my network. Netflix works fine etc. So what's the deal. In the last six months I have stopped buying Blu Rays entirely and buy everything from Vudu when it comes out. I am beginning to think that this was a serious mistake for me make. If this issue isn't corrected and very soon I will discontinue buying new releases from Vudu entirely. My movie title list is huge now but nothing is any good to me if it won't stream consistently.

    I would appreciate an answer from someone in support. FYI I have the new Samsung Curved 4K ultra smart TV. None of the other streaming services included have these issues.

      And this is why I still buy the Blu-rays...when buffering issues (or no internet) happens, I can throw the disc in and watch what I want...

        Paul I install and calibrate home theater systems in Phoenix and you are not the only one in Phoenix having issues with Vudu streaming.

          Well since this is a new issue, only in the last 3-4 weeks, but it sounds like it's becoming a problem so I guess I will go back to buying the Blu Rays! I tallied my direct Vudu buys, (no Blu Ray purchased), over the last 14 months and It's in the Thousands. So if Vudu doesn't want that revenue anymore so be it.

          I notice that no-one from the support staff has responded. I will have to review all the options on my new Samsung but is there a reliable service other than Vudu for smart TV's. I hate to sound ignorant but I literally have spent the last year in the wilderness of Arizona living like a pioneer so I may have missed a lot!

          Any advice would be appreciated.
