"Movie unavailable" message now appears on my IOS app

I now get the "Movie Unavailable. We don't have a version of this movie on IOS" message. I Got to episode 10 of the series Vikings and now I get this. I can still watch older episodes. This is the Same for several other series as well. Any idea why?

What iOS device are you using? Is this while on Wifi or cell connection? What content specifically are you having issues with? What version of iOS?

Having the same problem on my iPad.

      iOS 9.3.2

Was working until mid-last week. Now I get the constant message "Movie Unavailable" for every single thing on my account. I do NOT get the error on my iPhone, however. Same iOS. What has changed? Trying to download over WiFi (no data on the iPad).

Folks, please try the following in the order shown below if you're getting this issue on your iOS device. Uninstall/Reinstall the app when all else fails.

          - Enable airplane mode and switch it back off
          - Kill app ? restart
          - Restart phone
          - Uninstall ? reinstall the Vudu app

Is this still does not resolve your issue, please provide us the following information so our engineers can investigate further, thanks.

          1. Was there an update to iOS version? If so, what was the old version and what was the new version?
          2. Was there an update to VUDU app version?
          3. If yes to both 1 and 2, what was the sequence of updates?
          4. What type of network are you on: Cellular, wifi?
          5. If cellular, what carrier?
          6. If Wifi, who is your ISP?
          7. What is the network speed at the time?

            Having the same issue!

Yes 9.1 -previous version, now 9.3.4
            No update, new install

Sequence - installed VUDU, (first time install) upgraded OS as VUDU wasn't working.. Still not working
Wifi network - works fine playing the trailor, won't play the movie
            Comcast/xfinity is ISP
Speed unknown, but streaming works fine with other movie apps

Looks like SD movies will play, but nothing higher will start on my phone.

                  Bueller? Bueller? .....

I'm having the same issues "Movie Unavailable - Problem playing movie. Code 11839." Own HDX Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Unplugged my Spectrum modem; unplugged my Netgear router; waited about 5 minutes (to clear any possible cache issue); replugged my Spectrum modem (waited for all correct lights to light up); and then replugged my Netgear router.

                    Nada...

Any updates. This started happening last night.
iPhone 8 Plus. WiFi and cellular (Verizon). Couldn’t download shows either. Reinstalled app and attempted the other fixes. Advice?
