    Immediately. If I try again, I briefly see 'Repairing'.

    Also if I uninstall, I am able to load 1 movie. Then I get the error on the next movie download attempt, regardless of which movie I successfully load first.

        I'm having the same problems. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app which of course deleted all of the movies I had downloaded previously. Out of 10+ I had downloaded, I have only been able to download 1 movie. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

        Have tried both Wifi and Data, both gave error code.

        I have emailed support, but haven't gotten a response yet.

        PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!

            I see the forum says to uninstall Vudu and install it again to get 1 more movies. I'm hoping to load my iPad with all of these movies.

                  I'm having the same issue.
                  I can get a couple movies to download but then it ****s down for a few days.
                  The app is also not letting me download any movie in HDX.
                  I'm getting very annoyed.
                  I have an iPad Pro 2017
                  Running latest iOS
                  Vudu 5.2
                  WiFi
                  Sometimes I experience the error just as a hit download, other times the add to my queue and I get the message just as it tries to download

                    I'm also having this error. Quite inconvenient. Just bought a bunch of movies to watch on the plane on Wednesday.

                    - iOS device: iPhone 7 Plus
                    - iOS version: 10.3.2
                    - Vudu app version: 5.2 (183631)
                    - Connection type (cell data or WiFi) and ISP/Cell Carrier: Doesn't appear to matter.
                    - Titles you're attempting to download and their definition (SD/HDX): None of my movies appear to work, trying Prometheus right now.
                    - At what point after to you tap on "download" does the error message appear? Immediately.

                      Looks like there isn't much real support on the forums. Does anyone have the number for the VuDu customer support? and am I the only one getting the Download Complete notifications like a hundred times days after films have downloaded? This was a minor annoyance when downloads were working, not they're broken it's just taking the ****.

                            I am trying to download movies to watch offline for my upcoming stay in the hospital and am only getting error codes when I download ANYTHING from my library. I have turned my device on and off, reset the app, deleted and re downloaded the app, updated my iOS and am still unable to download more than one or two. I get different messages such as error (0xA3) (0xC7) and (3328:898). I only have 7 devices activated on vudu and over 75 gb of available room on my iPad. I should not have any problems, yet I do.

                              I was having the same issue yesterday with VUDU when trying to download movies on my iPad. I ended up downloading the Disney Movies Anywhere App to get my Disney movies downloaded and the Flixter Video App (links to your UltraViolet Acct) to get my other movies downloaded. Hope this helps!!! Good Luck!!!
