Alright, you'll need to unlink and relink one more time. We're hopeful that you should see your transactions this time.

You'll need to unlink and relink as well. Let me know when you've completed this.

could it be because i have like 15 of the movies that are trying to import already in my vudu account? if so couldent we delete them from the vudu account and then relink?

Just linked my accounts and all my movies transferred in almost immediately. 32 movies total. LOVE having my Disney collection now available in VUDU!

I had quite a few duplicates and mine worked just fine. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

I know. How nice is that, Right?

So is there a way I can now add the digital copy codes to DMA? Like in Iron Man 2 blu-ray set I have an old code that unlocks the digital copy on the disc or puts it on itunes.

Use DMA for your old code. It will be able to be played back via Vudu. Pretty cool. Time to go hunting iTunes codes from a bygone era. I combed through all mine last week and found one unused like what you have there.

You need to link your iTunes account to DMA. Then when you redeem or purchase a DMA title in iTunes it ports to DMA. If you have Vudu linked to DMA, it will port there as well. Google Play too, if you have it linked.

Ahh ok, thanks to you both. I was hoping I could punch in the code on the DMA site. But, I don't see that option available. I think I have a itunes account but haven't used it in like 7 years.

Oh duh, I forgot I had to use it when I had an iphone for updates/backup. My OLD itunes account with my BSG episodes is lost to time however.

I just got word that your specific issue will be resolved tomorrow after a fix gets pushed out. You'll need to relink your accounts again once this happens. It should be good to go tomorrow afternoon sometime.

Hopefully it fixes things for me as well since I'm another user that isn't seeing the Disney flicks that I had in my DMA locker showing up in my Vudu collection.

I did see a few titles that I had in my Vudu collection showing up in my DMA collection, and do appreciate that.

The code box at DMA (site or app) is under Rewards.
