Can't connect Disney Movies Anywhere and Vudu

I can't seem to link my Disney Movies Anywhere account with Vudu. I go through the steps to connect, click the "Connect my accounts" button on the Vudu site and get this message when I'm returned to the Disney site:

    Connection Issue
There was a problem connecting your Vudu account.
    Cancel / Try Again

I get this over and over ... anyone have any ideas why I can't connect the accounts? I have previously registered Disney movies on Vudu, but I didn't think that should cause any problems.

There might be some issues at the moment. I added Guardians of the Galaxy to my DMA yesterday and it hasn't moved over to Vudu yet. My acount was linked weeks ago, too.

We're working with Disney to resolve this ASAP. We'll post an update when we have more information.

Update: Link issues with VUDU and DMA should now be resolved. If anyone has any trouble, please let us know.

GotG showed up for me, I added it to DMA over 18 hours ago, and it showed up this afternoon in Vudu.

                      Folks,

Disney has recently updated their terms of service for DMA. In order to re-link your Vudu and DMA accounts, you MUST visit www.disneymoviesanywhere.com to re-accept the VPPA terms, even if you have accepted the terms on Vudu's side. This should resolve the linking issue.

Is there supposed to be a prompt when you try to connect Disney and Vudu? I do not get one. Could you please provide some kind of link to accept the terms from Disney? There is no prompt on their Terms page or anything.

I've contacted them, but they have not gotten back to me. How do you know that that is the issue, especially since there are no prompts to agree to the updated terms? This is something that Vudu needs to work out with Disney and provide a solution to customers.
