WRONG D+D Physical Disc Received.

        Ok folks, if you haven't done so, please file a ticket with customer care for this issue. We will be giving refunds for these purchases, the disc is yours to keep. The refund process will remove the UHD digital copy from your account. If you still want the UHD D+D, you will need to repurchase the UHD D+D. The correct disc will now ship.

          Problem is the UHD disc is now $7 more than it was at the time I ordered it.

            That's the real price of the UHD disc. The Blu-ray was linked to the UHD purchase in error, that was the issue, hence the lower price at that time.

                  That's true, a legitimate company like Walmart (Vudu) should let you have it at the price made in error. Any future purchases would be at the corrected price. I almost never buy D+Digital but that's just my two cents in this matter.

                    They could calltag the bluray. But you get to keep it for free. So sell the bluray at Bookoff and get the $7 for it. Or just redeem digital and get HD for free.

                    Can't have free movie and $7 discount.

                      Put in my service ticket on the 28th.... still no response. Really enjoying VUDU's customer service. I already went out and bought the disc elsewhere.

                            I got an email from them yesterday. But after sending Vudu a description of issue along with photos of the shipping label, the movie, and the order details from my Vudu account they asked for more photos.

                            They knew new what I ordered. They knew the wrong item was sent. Heck I was the first person to report the issue.

                            Still not enough.

                            They want a packaging slip in addition to all of the above. There wasn?t a packaging slip either. More than half the time I don?t get packaging slips with my Walmart deliveries.

                            Still they also also want me open the sealed case and also include a picture of the physical disc.

                            Really seems silly. All this time. Admission of fault. Know who got from product. Photos to even confirm what they already know. And we still need more.

                            For aomthing thats a known issue and exactly which people refund should just be issued. Why waste their time and ours for something already documented.

                              Yeah, all this is getting ridiculous.

                              I?ve had roughly $50 in Vudu credits come up invalid in the last week or so, they keep asking for the receipts, which I don?t have because it got wet and ruined.

                              And they still haven?t done a damn thing about the Get Smart full series codes that nobody can redeem.

                              I just want them to have the nerve to just come right out and tell us that they think we?re trying to screw them over.

                              I?m sick and tired of them refusing to do anything to help anyone who doesn?t have a video of themselves purchasing the products while holding a photo ID.

                              They basically call you a thief without having the nerve to actually use the words so you can?t complain about it.

                              I?ve basically told my friends that, as much as I love movies, not to buy me anything from them as gifts, because if anything goes wrong, they?ll give you the damned runaround for a week and a half spouting the same three lines of script.

                              I?d have a little more respect if they actually talked to us like human beings.

                                Perhaps these things ALWAYS takes weeks even when you have the abundance of needless stuff they want is because they waste of this time researching and fixes things.

                                I buy higher level cars, clothes and stay and take more expensive trips not because I can, I?d rather save the money but I don?t like hassle, I want to be treated like. Person, and whatever happened to the cysonter is always right.

                                I didint get to nearly 3000 scamming you. If it tried you would have got me and shut me down.

                                I buy 3-5 movies a week.

                                There shoudl be understanding, compassion, ownership, and Expediancy. If a customer exceeds your expectations, you should provide them the same level of service.
