Warner Bros deleting UV status on titles that were already in myuv

So after doing some detective work and looking at myuv etc. I am pretty sure that Warner Bros removed UV status from Batman the Animated Series. I bought the box set on Halloween I believe. But I didn't redeem the code until Nov. 7th when it was finally redeeming in HD. It was in myuv then, and then every episode of the series went into my friends Vudu because our ultraviolet accounts were merged together many moons ago. And now come Monday, this and many other titles have disappeared from his vudu that WERE UV last week. Examples, Ready Player One, Creed II, Star is Born and Fantastic Beasts 2. So I find it very very rude of Warner Bros to pull something like this. I hope he can get them back, on November 7th in his account history he "owns" every episode of Batman the Animated Series. Such a bummer and it makes me nervous.

UltraViolet shut down on July 31st. No titles have UV status anymore and MyUV is closed. You'll probably need to open a ticket directly with Vudu if you want to get your issue resolved. Best of luck.

I just checked the titles that you mentioned in my family's Vudu accounts - and they all still remain. If they still show in his Vudu account history, they should still be there. Did you see firsthand that they are missing?

The retail (consumer) front shut down. The backend is still live and connected to storefronts. No new licenses are being issued, but the service is still running.

The OP thinks that a bunch of movies lost their UV status last week, except they all lost their UV status five weeks ago. They said they visited MyUV except both MyUV and the sooper sekrit production copy are effectively gone. Their best chance at a resolution is opening a ticket with Vudu, especially if the link to UV was disconnected. I'm not sure how pointing out that the non-consumer-facing backend is still running helps them.

The links to UV are not disconnected. FandangoNOW and Vudu are both still linked to UV on the backend.

Again, they are not issuing new licenses, but the service is still running.

The context was the link being disconnected to their (or their friend's) account, which could explain the missing titles and only Vudu could correct. Discussing subtleties of the backend doesn't help them.
