SUPERINTELIGENCE Audio Description Can Not Be Turned Off [Finally fixed]

Please provide the proper encode or give us the option to disable running audio description for this title.
    Affects UHD.
    HDX is fine.
    Please fix this.

    Interesting.

It's MA, did you check UHD at another streaming retailer to see if they have have the same release?

Yes, it plays just fine on the MA app.
      This is a VUDU issue.
As I stated in the OP, there is no "language" selection switch for this title. That is where "AD" would be turned off.
This seems to be a reoccurring issue with HBO original titles. The last one I noticed with this problem was KIMI, which was fixed.
They need to add the toggle switch.

Is Vudu going to do anything to fix this issue?
I now have a CS ticket referencing this problem:
        # 00743453
Of course, the only reply was the standard canned response.

          Still not fixed.
Can we get the proper version please?
          Movie is unwatchable as is.

9 months this has been broken.
Please get the proper encode WITHOUT the Audio Description.

Does anyone from Vudu even monitor these forums anymore?

I still see FelipeF on regularly. But I don’t see many responses these days. I also rarely ever see any other staffers who used to chime in occasionally.

FelipeF - can you ask them to look into getting a corrected UHD encode for this film?

I have e-mailed my contact at Vudu and asked him to look into this for you guys.

                      LG OLED

This is the same issue that KIMI had (another HBO film).

We need the proper encode WITHOUT the Audio description
                      OR
The "language" switch added to the bottom of the movie page that allows "AD" to be unselected

That's great, are they actually going to do something about this?
Vudu has had the incorrect version of this title for a year.
Three months since I brought this up.
Is it really that difficult to provide customers with what they paid for?

It's been 4 months since I started this thread, and 2 months since you told me this would be looked at.
Nothing has changed. It still plays the audio description.
What will it take to get the version of this movie that we paid for?
