So, I noticed the recent movie Weapons had a different thumbnail (picture) and for some reason I clicked on it and noticed it showed I needed to purchase it to watch it. The only problem is that already purchased it back in September. I went into my purchase history and verified this. Then I started looking at other movies I had purchased recently like Fantastic Four: First Steps and they have all been removed from my account. So, far, I have noticed around (12) to (20) titles that I purchased in the past 30 days or so are all gone from my account. If I click on the title it shows I need to purchase it again to watch it. Good lord. Calling support.
Update: I went to my Apple account since I figured The Fantastic Four: First Steps would be a Movies Anywhere movie? My Apple account shows I don't own it either. I went to my Movies Anywhere account and it doesn't show up there either. I go to my Fandango At Home account and it shows I purchased The Fantastic Four: First Steps on 9/23/25. I just purchased the new Toxic Avenger movie and just watched it a couple days ago and it is gone. Elio, Stolen Girl, The Cut, Americana, Relay, American Sweatshop, Nobody 2, The Naked Gun, Heads Of State, Sketch, and many more, all purchased, and all gone from my account. It looks like I have lost (30) titles/upgrades.
Update: Basically, anything I purchased or upgraded after 9/1/2025 is gone from my account. I have the Vudu Purchase History on my account to show I purchased it but it doesn't show up on my account to watch. I upgraded Scarface from HDX to 4K, as an example, but I go to my account and it does show I still own it but the it shows I need to upgrade it again to watch the 4K version.
Update: I just go off the phone with Fandango At Home support. She was very nice and helpful but this issue was a little beyond her support capabilities. She escalated my issue to another department and I did receive a case number and an email. Here is a portion of the email:
"Thank you for contacting Fandango at Home customer service.
We will be escalating your case to our higher level of support for further review. Please allow 3 to 5 working business days to investigate the issue and reach out to you with a resolution.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us."
Not real thrilled with having to wait 3 to 5 days to get this resolved and/or get my movies back . . . some movies of which I haven't even had a chance to watch yet. From a post from another member, I may not be the only one with this problem. Also, it makes you wonder if this has happened before and I just never caught it.
