Recently purchased movies have been removed from my account??

So, I noticed the recent movie Weapons had a different thumbnail (picture) and for some reason I clicked on it and noticed it showed I needed to purchase it to watch it. The only problem is that already purchased it back in September. I went into my purchase history and verified this. Then I started looking at other movies I had purchased recently like Fantastic Four: First Steps and they have all been removed from my account. So, far, I have noticed around (12) to (20) titles that I purchased in the past 30 days or so are all gone from my account. If I click on the title it shows I need to purchase it again to watch it. Good lord. Calling support.

Update: I went to my Apple account since I figured The Fantastic Four: First Steps would be a Movies Anywhere movie? My Apple account shows I don't own it either. I went to my Movies Anywhere account and it doesn't show up there either. I go to my Fandango At Home account and it shows I purchased The Fantastic Four: First Steps on 9/23/25. I just purchased the new Toxic Avenger movie and just watched it a couple days ago and it is gone. Elio, Stolen Girl, The Cut, Americana, Relay, American Sweatshop, Nobody 2, The Naked Gun, Heads Of State, Sketch, and many more, all purchased, and all gone from my account. It looks like I have lost (30) titles/upgrades.

Update: Basically, anything I purchased or upgraded after 9/1/2025 is gone from my account. I have the Vudu Purchase History on my account to show I purchased it but it doesn't show up on my account to watch. I upgraded Scarface from HDX to 4K, as an example, but I go to my account and it does show I still own it but the it shows I need to upgrade it again to watch the 4K version.

Update: I just go off the phone with Fandango At Home support. She was very nice and helpful but this issue was a little beyond her support capabilities. She escalated my issue to another department and I did receive a case number and an email. Here is a portion of the email:

"Thank you for contacting Fandango at Home customer service.

We will be escalating your case to our higher level of support for further review. Please allow 3 to 5 working business days to investigate the issue and reach out to you with a resolution.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us."

Not real thrilled with having to wait 3 to 5 days to get this resolved and/or get my movies back . . . some movies of which I haven't even had a chance to watch yet. From a post from another member, I may not be the only one with this problem. Also, it makes you wonder if this has happened before and I just never caught it.

So far, no changes to my account after 10 hrs. Fandango support stated it could take 3 to 5 days to get this resolved. We'll see how it goes.

Turns out those movies were purchased from the Roku app and FandangoNow never got paid. Absolutely bizarre since I already watched most of them. But checking my bank account i was never charged for those purchases. Strange

Count me in as well, they still show in my purchase history but are no longer in my library and show I can purchase them. Bought them through the Fandango app. Of course I bought them on sale and now the prices are back up. I purchased Itunes through there app and still have everything so????????

All of my movies were purchased on my Roku box through the Fandango At Home app.

I just did a rather lengthy comparison between my bank account charges and my purchase history. Yes, it does look like all of these movies were purchased and they show up on my purchase history, plus I did receive emails stating they were charged to my debit card, but when I go to my actual bank account and completed a search, nothing was charged to my bank account between Sept. 2nd, 2025 and Oct.6th, 2025 from Vudu/Fandango. So, Fandango removed all movies, bundles, upgrades, TV series, etc. that were never charged.

The only thing that really, really sucks about all of this is that some items were purchased when they were on sale. I purchased the Batman 85th Anniversary Collection for $14.99 and it has been removed, it now costs $59.99. I purchased the Star Trek Lower Decks Bundle for $24.99 and it has been removed, it nows costs $49.99. There are many more examples of this and it is irritating that we were not given any option at all to re-purchase any of these past purchases at the price we originally paid.

The Scarface 4K Upgrade that I purchased for $5.00 is now $14.99.

I guess I will be waiting on these to go On Sale again somewhere down the road.

The only advantage, I suppose, is that I will wait to re-purchase some titles that cost $29.99 like Fantastic Four: First Steps at a lower amount or when it goes on sale. I noticed some tttles that were $24.99 like Sketch is now $19.99 (not on sale).

            There you have it.

The thing that throws me is that I always buy stuff on Fandango through the tv app so why for this certain time period did this happen? Before I even knew about this I made other purchases that are still in my account, so what happened? Do I have to worry about those purchases too? Why didn't this happen with itunes?

Same here. Practically every purchase from late August and through September shows on my Purchase activity, but the purchases themselves want me to buy them again! How do we resolve this?

Any help here? Called Help line and get a message saying they are swamped. It also directs you to a non-existent web site and irrelevant FAQs.

FelipeF This is looking like a system glitch of some kind. Some expeditious and clear response is needed ASAP.
