Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). 3D UV Amazing Spiderman?????

    In my opinion I think if you the buy they 3D Blu-ray you should get BOTH 3D HDX and 2D HDX. Same should apply when buy the 3D HDX through Vudu you should get 2D HDX.

    I did receive Vudu HDX via Sony's site. I'm kind of bummed that I didn't get the 3D movie like you all however...

    Hope that # helps - they all seem to be aware of the issue from what I could tell in the conversation with them.
    Thats what i had to do. I told them the code gave me 3D but i dont have a 3d tv yet and i cant watch the file. The guy was very nice and just added it to my locker.

    My ultraviolet copy is still not showing up on Vudu. I have a standard/high def license.

    I've never had a title take more then a couple of minutes to show up on Vudu. This one is getting close to a day.

    How many days should I wait till I contact support. And who's problem will it be sony, vudu or ultraviolet?

    Sadly (sigh) some equipment and components do not have the firmware updates nor will they ever, I suspect, to allow VUDU to stream 3D to them. So as someone else mentioned, we will have to do it the old fashioned way, stick the 3D disc into our 3D enabled Blu Ray player and watch in 3D on our 3D enabled TV's.

    On a brighter note, the HD/SD version showed up in VUDU finally and the 3D version is still showing too. So, if Panasonic or Sharp ever deign to update their firmware for their equipment to allow compatibility with VUDU 3D, I could watch it 2D or 3D from VUDU.

    Spider-Man 3D HDX plays fine in glorious 3D on my 55-inch LG (passive glasses). I am surprised to read some people are having issues.

    ya that worked. Thanks for the numbers. Vudu takes a little bit longer before it adds movies from Ultraviolet so it should start showing up soon. My 2d copy actually shows now but I can't watch it yet.

    I gotta say thanks to Sony for giving me a copy of 3d and 2d on Vudu.

    My steelbook copy also gave me the 3d version which kinda sucks since I can't watch it on flixster with my phone.

    How did you contact sony and what did you tell them to give you the 2d version?

    I redeemed via Sony, in my UV account it shows as having the SD and HD copy. However it has yet to populate to my Vudu account...

    I also tried redeeming for the 3D copy after and no dice because it was already deactivated...

    Did your code work via Vudu or Sony? My code isn't working on Vudu and I don't want to chance getting SD via Sony.

    I contacted Sony and they gave me a 2D code. It took about an hour for it to show up on Vudu though.
