I have three movies which I owned on CinemaNow that became UV later and they basically refused to do anything about it saying I bought them before the UV deal was made and I was screwed so I told them I would be purchasing from Vudu from then on because only Vudu gives a crap about their customers. I still think its odd that they have a non UV sku and a separate UV sku and just don't upgrade them all to UV like Vudu does.
