    Can't access D2D cart

I can't checkout or view my order in D2D. Clicking "view order" does nothing. So the question is: Will I lose the movies in my cart if I reinstall the app?

I am having the same issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I still am not able to add or access my cart in the VUDUToGo app.

The uninstall didn't empty my cart, but apparently the cart was the problem so I can't say for sure whether or not it will empty. They did say they could see my cart on my account so I assume its not tied to the app.

They ended up having to clear my cart to fix it, but they did it without warning me. Pretty annoyed and waiting on a response.

ditto. i think it is a bug related to latest adobe air update. by what means did you contact vudu, relica145? have they since told you that emptying your cart was the only way to fix it? hope thats not the only fix...

Same here on the cart troubles.

If they empty my cart to fix this issue, it will be the SECOND time they've done this to me. The first time I just grinned and bared it and spent 5 hours re-adding the original discs.

This time if they do it, I won't know which ones weren't yet paid for since I can't even see what's in my cart (60 movies).

I sent them a Support email asking them to just run my credit card for the movies in case they need to clear my cart. Hopefully they listen and don't screw me over again.

They won't. I gave up trying to explain to them why this was not okay for me. They just pass the ticket around and give me different answers. Oh well.

I'm wondering... how many movies are in your cart when attempting to checkout?

Ronburgundy says 60 movies. Mine was much less, about 12, but I can't access them now as they are in storage while I move and won't be able to get to them until after the 50% off promotion expires.

Having the same problem, yet Vudu Support seems to be following the script instead of listening to me

I'm specifically telling them that it is a checkout problem and yet they are giving me instructions on how to fix the "can't add any movies" problem.

I've only got about 16 in my cart and I've attempted to remove titles and process the purchase, but I still keep getting the same "can't process this transaction" error.

Well, support emailed me back and suggested I downgrade my version of Adobe Air. Sadly, it didn't fix the issue. Here's the email for any interested:

Thank you for contacting VUDU Customer Care,

We are unable to manual charge your current cart since it's still in the beta phase. What we can try to do is revert Adobe Air back to an older version to see if that may resolve your issue.

                    1) Please go into your Control Panel and completely remove Adobe Air.

                    2) After that, download Adobe Air 3.6.0.6090 http://www.oldapps.com/adobe_air.php...12067?download.

                    4) Once the program is installed, launch Vudu To Go. Please select "Update Later" for the Adobe Air message.

                    5) Select the Disc To Digital tab

Please let me know if you're able to access your cart or not. We do have other customers experiencing the same issue and want to avoid clearing out carts.

If you have anymore questions please don't hesitate to contact VUDU Customer Care.

As far as how many movies are in my cart, I have 59 that I added to it about 9 days ago and let them sit there for a few days before trying to pay for them.

I'm in the same boat about getting access to my discs while they're in storage. For me, it's worse since I don't have a list of which of the 59 out of my 800+ discs were in my cart. Looks like I'll have to insert all 800+ again ugh.
