    "Manually Verifying"

I just got the message "We are in the process of manually verifying your disc. We will contact you as soon as the verification is complete." How long does it take to verify or is this just a nice way of saying they'll call and never do.

I'm wondering the same thing. I got the same message and reported the problem, that was almost 3 weeks ago and it's still not verified or in my movie list.

I keep getting the same thing. I was trying to convert a blu-ray of Ocean's Twelve and it keeps saying it is Ocean's Thirteen. I never hear anything either.

I've gotten several of those over the last few days and have gotten 0 response. I'll be putting my order through Friday; I'll let you know if anything comes of that.

Those of us who have been doing this for a while can tell you, odds are you will not be notified of any change. I've had several of these and personally I have never been contacted. If you look at the D2D bugs thread at the top of the page where the sticky posts are, there is a long list of titles that need to be fixed. It's quite a list, but that's what happens when you're in the beta stages of software. No telling how long it'll take the get fixed, but they are working on it.

It's not in beta anymore though, and it's even buggier since coming out of beta. Of course, in their defense, its a pretty massive database with a lot of room for errors.

The Vudu2Go application is still in beta.

It's still in beta. It even says so right on the web page. Just not a private beta. It was originally for invited members only but the software got out and they said they were fine with that. Now it's a public beta and anyone can download the software without needing a special link.

                See here. http://www.vudu.com/in_home_disc_to_digital.html
                Still says beta.

Same here, and the program just took an update (21/1/2017) I have added my entire blue-ray library and got the message on about 5% of my 1100.

Come on VUDU, you're missing out on lots of $$$$$ lol

Yup, they don't seem to have made any real updates to the lists in years, mainly because no one on the VUDU side of things will buy or hasn't bothered buying an update to Gracenote for the software.
