Has anyone else had an issue with the Blu Ray Kelly's Heroes/Where Eagles Dare 883929125685. When I insert the Kelly's Heroes disc, it gives me the choice to choose Million Dollar Baby; Unforgiven or Heartbreak Ridge.

D2D does not work on this title nor on the mobile version. In addition, their tech support seems to be MIA. Yet they sell this specific title at: Phantasm-Remastered
That title isn't even eligible for D2D according to the search function.

I believe I've got the latest version of the app installed (v5.2 (183631), and like I said this was working for me last week with no problem. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Here is a list of the movies I have that I have cross referenced with https://www.vudu.com/in_mobile_disc_to_digital.html that are popping up unrecognized. I have contacted the number for Vudu more than once and after being escalated, these are still popping up.

    Annabelle
    Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox

Tried for 5 days with Lone Survivor before I just bought it on Vudu itself. Really don't want to have to resort to that for any future issues similar to this.

I don't remember where I bought it, I got it when it first came out. Why wouldn't they all just be readable?

Next time read the information that is provided to you before trying so many discs.

And do the manual disc identifications ever get updated? I dug this movie out of storage, and I really don't want to have to again after a month or 6. Digging the disc out of the CD binders I have them in is annoying enough, but all my case inserts are in a bin buried under other bins in my storage unit. And they're not in alphabetical order in there, either (I tried, but whenever I buy new ones, they get mixed in, unorganized).
