It seems to be random. All of it. This whole situation. There are people who lost nothing

I have added titles, and unlinked/relinked for them to port. The missing titles don't come back

Why would the Roku display a lower quantity of movies?
Your issue is Different, The Roku and VUDU have a conflict as to the audio on around 20 or so movies its a known issue here is the link to the previous post

    Re: Missing Movies

    Hi folks,

Today we tracked down a bug in the February 22 update of the UltraViolet Coordinator. It only affects users with Libraries over a certain size (500+ in the case of Vudu, 1000+ in the case of most other UV retailers) who have performed one or more merges. The bug causes some rights to not be reported to the retailer. Rest assured that all your movies and TV shows are still there, but Vudu (and others) may not see all of them. The omissions are random, so, as some of you have discovered, if you add a new right it causes a refresh at Vudu that may make some rights reappear and others disappear.

We hope to have this fixed early next week, if not sooner. We're very sorry about the inconvenience.

What's with the add a new movie then one randomly disappears though. Well maybe this will finally break my UV addiction because I haven't bought anything in a week. Sadly I got those Groupons so I'll eventually have something then just wait and see if UV gets it's crap together and stick to Netflix/Hulu until then. All these seems to happen on UV around the point CinemaNow and Flixster get bought by other providers.

I know the Vudu/UVVU comparison isn't accurate. It was just giving me a rough idea. However, I do know that a couple of weeks ago I had 2105 movies in my Vudu library. Today I have 1735.

Just wanted to take a moment and thank vudu support for giving us all some updates today.

I tend to think it is a uvvu issue.

While my Flixster account retains everything and all movies that disappeared from vudu still show there and are playable, when linking to an empty Flixster account it does not appear that all movies are importing properly... although but it is hard to tell since it can take a long time for everything to show up there... movies that are missing from vudu are definitely importing there though.

Keep in mind that each retailer has their own unique software and way of parsing data from UV, so an issue stemming from the uvvu end may manifest itself differently at each retailer.

    Regardless of >1000 or not.

Some are missing dozens or more, some a handful. But even people that have only 50 or 100 movies in their Vudu to be missing say 6 is still a big deal.

I was never comparing my vudu library to myuv library. I just my vudu library had over 2000 movies, then last Tuesday it went down to 1899.
