I'd really like my UHD version of Suicide Squad Extended back in my library.

I just sent an e-mail to Vudu's upper management team regarding this, as I, too, would like to have the UHD version of "Suicide Squad - Extended Cut" restored to my Vudu library. Although, I have a feeling that if they DO return it to our libraries, there will be something wrong with how the content team encodes it (missing some form of HDR, no Atmos, etc).

My theory of what may be going on here, at least in the case of a higher resolution completely disappearing, is that Vudu is having storage capacity issues and is therefore purging that higher resolution of movies that are rarely being streamed.

I dug a little deeper and it looks like either Warner recalled the UHD version of the Extended Cut or it never existed in the first place, since none of the other Movies Anywhere retailers have this version in anything higher than HD.

Supposedly, this is a known issue and "the content team is looking into it" so don't hold your breath that this will ever actually get fixed.

Added Deep Blue Sea 3 to the original list as I owned this in UHD but now it was removed only shows that I own HDX.

My Deep Blue Sea 3 UHD is also missing. It only shows HDX now.

Deep Blue Sea 3 was completely removed from My Library. I purchased it on August 2, 2023, at Vudu in 4K, but it disappeared tonight :-(

Same here. I purchased Deep Blue Sea 3 in UHD on July 16th and it's no longer in my library.

Yikes! Now people are having movies completely disappear because they were bought in 4K UHD??? This makes me want to not purchase at Vudu.

This is really getting frustrating. If I hadn't bought them at Vudu I could understand maybe not importing as the higher quality anymore but losing the quality I paid Vudu for is annoying.

Yeah I’m pretty annoyed as well, not even just about the quality (I’m very annoyed by this as well) but the fact the movie is completely missing for myself and many others. The Vudu support chat team has said they’ve escalated it… but I don’t see myself getting my money or movie back.

edit: as of tonight they put the movie back in my library! Thank you Vudu!
