    its a UV error i called vudu already and they are aware and trying to get it fixed

        We are aware of this issue and have already contacted UV about. They are in the process of doing some maintenance. Hopefully this will all get resolved soon.

            I'm missing about 140 movies plus multiple TV shows as well. They were there last night but now gone.

            Very interested in seeing this resolved ASAP, so I hope someone from the company responds to this thread as soon as our titles are back. Just like the previous poster, this kind of stuff scares me as well, and makes me re-think whether I would be better off just continuing to buy my titles on disc.

            Vudu should have notified its customers the moment it became aware of this massive glitch, instead of just leaving us to discover it on our own.

                Also missing 6000 Titles and 50 TV Series, this is the 3rd time this has happened and it took over a week last time to fix! Also had to submit a ticket for my Disney Movies Anywhere titles missing 150 + of those.

                  I'm glad I saw this thread to at least know it's not just me. Over the past two days, I've noticed my overall total of movies has decreased by 16. It's very hard to find the titles I'm missing because my library has gotten so big over the years. I did notice that all of the missing ones were movies I redeemed via codes from WB and Sony using other services (not Vudu) because the instructions for redemption required that you redeem it via another provider.

                  I have listed some of the titles I've noticed missing from my account, as this may help others find titles they may be missing. I believe all of these were redeemed using insert codes with Flixster.

                      I went from ~1050 movies down to 974.

                      Edit: checked myuv.com and it's only showing 657. Not good.

                        I'm missing about 800 movies. I also logged out of my account, and now I can't log back in.

                          I've lost about 3,000 titles. I called Vudu support, and they told me that Ultraviolet just did an update and that's what's causing the problem. They didn't have an ETA ("Tomorrow?" "Maybe") . . . Oddly, when I login to Ultraviolet I can see (I believe) most of my titles (shows almost 6,300). So there doesn't seem to be a problem on uvvu.com, just Vudu.

                            i did a support request with UVVU and they confirmed that vudu is correct and it will resolve in the next day or two

                              I contacted vudu, they said UV was doing an update as other are saying. I also contacted UV, first they told to contact vudu, then when I came and sent them vudu's reply, they sent me this, still no ETA....
