I keep an Excel spreadsheet of all my movies (discs, every streaming provider, etc.) for this very reason. As long as you keep it updated every time you purchase a movie it isn't hard to maintain. The hard part would be when you first create it to add everything. I started it years ago so it's really easy now.

And, just checked several titles I got through Flixster, and a couple of them *are* showing up on vudu.

        Hi folks,

We apologize for the problem with UltraViolet. We just made a complete changeover of the underlying system, and there's a problem updating Libraries containing more than 1000 titles. Rest assured that nothing is lost, and we're working hard to get things resynchronized at Vudu.

Wow, I guess I never thought about UV having a CTO. UV just seems like this mysterious entity that just somehow magically exists and doesn't have real people running it.

I have so many questions for you Jim! Ever thought about doing an AMA?? Pretty please.

p.s. Thanks for posting the update.

I don't have more than 1000 UV titles (well maybe if you count each TV episode separately)?

I investigated my own missing titles, and I noticed all of them (except one) were from this provider ("WB Movies All Access" ), which would previously have been listed as Flixster.

Looks like the fix has now been implemented. Restart the Vudu app, this will help the syncing process with your movies.

I don't see any change, still missing 14 titles on Chrome browser and I refreshed several times and logged out and then back in...

EDIT: It finally worked by closing the browser completely and then opening.

You're still missing movies, which sucks, but the 657 figure may not represent all the movies you have on Vudu.
Yep, but I have no where near that many DMA movies. I'm missing quite a few UV titles on myUV.com
