The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

    The previous in store issue has since been resolved. You should be able to continue to take the discs into the store for the in home conversion. The promotion for the 50% off in home conversions has also been extended until june.     This is why I gave up last July and went into Walmart for those that were not recognized or that were recognized incorrectly. It was not worth the $1.00 per title (BD) to me to go through this aggravation when I didn't believe it would be correctly any time soon. I have seen very few titles on these forums that have been corrected.

    Of course, as helpful as Dan has been, if it's late on 1/31 and the date hasn't changed on that page, I might just check out my 10-11 movies, just in case. After all, if the deadline is extended, I'm sure I can find 10 more by the next deadline.

    Yes, this is great news! I too have been converting since last summer (2013), and I have been adding to my digital collection from Blu-rays and DVD's. And sometimes they get recognized wrong, but i always select which disc it's supposed to be, and then move onto the next.

    I am very happy to hear of this extension, as it will give us more time
