The issue stems from UV, not Vudu since our Vudu purchases are still on our accounts. Why would Vudu offer refunds on content acquired from other retailers through UV? I think we all need to calm down a bit. I was just told by a supervisor at support that this issue is top priority and they are in heavy talks with the folks at UV.

I lost vudu purchases. I lost a complete d2d transaction done on my main account.

If you have more than one Vudu account then the account that originally acquired the content will still have the content on that account. It might not be importing into your other Vudu accounts at the moment but the content is still there.

I'm fairly certain I lost it from the account it was done on. I understand this is a major problem for you guys, but at least some official word that you guys are working on it would be nice.

And a tentative timeframe would calm everyone down

I'm pretty sure I've stated several times that our engineers are working on this issue and that it's our main concern at the moment. This is still an ongoing investigation that involves working with the UV team as well.

I got two UV enabled movies today, and Traffic & Star Trek: First Contact disappeared from my collection...so the issue is definitely not fixed yet.

We aren't trying to put pressure on you guys. We just want our movies back, and are upset this will be forgotten about, and this definitely wasn't an ALID issue, because whether something disappeared and what disappeared was all random. There are people who lost nothing, and there are people who lost over 1000 movies and TV shows as well

                    Re: Missing Movies

I am missing at least 100 and counting. I've opened a ticket and was told to unlink with Ultraviolet and relink. I did that and watched my number of movies drop by about another 150. Has anyone figured out what's going on? I'm missing many of the same movies you all are.

This is my biggest concern. There are several movies that just came out today that I'd like to add to my UV account, but I'm afraid of losing additional titles on VUDU if I do. If they could at least stem the bleeding, I'd feel better about getting additional movies.

BTW, has anyone tried redeeming UV codes through other sites(Flixster for example) to see if that prevents more titles from being lost on VUDU?

If I add a title thru another service, it will port then 2 will disappear. In that case, I unlink and relink, then those 2 will come back

Oh no, if you have to work with the UV team, it will take forever.

Actually - looks like the root cause was just discovered. There is a UV bug starting last week where movies in the UV locker may not be reported correctly if there are more than 1000 titles in the locker. They are working on a fix ASAP.

Note NO titles are "lost", everything in the UV locker will show up again once it's fixed. Also, this doesn't affect titles that were acquired originally through VUDU, just those redeemed or added to UV through another partner.

Great to hear, thanks! Waiting patiently for my collection to be whole again.

Based on the list of titles I'm missing and when and how I redeemed them, it definitely looks like UV codes I entered on other sites for Universal, WB, Sony, and Paramount movies from 2013 and earlier are the ones that aren't linking.
