The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     GoldeneEye is a case where the "UV ALID" actually changed on vudu but not on other providers, so that is not related to the current problems.

    I am still unclear why the ALID can ever change for a movie?

    Anyway, I did the same thing since I did not want the bundle on vudu, and of course lost GoldenEye a couple of months after redeeming. vudu support was not able to resolve the issue for me, but if you go back through support where you redeemed it, they should be able to re-add the movie to your UV library. You may have to contact them multiple times until they are able to find a version of GoldenEye that matches the one vudu has though so don't give up if you get 5 or 6 copies of the wrong GoldenEye before you get the one that will import into vudu.

      I checked, and all of my movies are present, including items purchased elsewhere. TV Seasons look fine too. Not sure what triggers the issue, but audits are a real pain.

        I have lost about 70 movies and a couple of TV seasons. Some are especially weird like Batman Begins and the Dark Knight which both show up in my UV twice (since I redeemed SD then HDX) but both versions are gone from my account now. A lot of the missing movies came from promos (through vudu, flixster, cinemanow, sony, etc) but it's really frustrating that they can just disappear at any given time.

          It's been a week. Has anyone had any progress? I finally received an email back from customer service that to be Frank, was less than satisfactory.

            Agreed, audits are most definitely a pain.

            I just finished reviewing my collection and, luckily, the only item I seem to be missing is Chuck Season 5. I'm guessing it disappeared when I bought a movie last Tuesday.

            I'll definitely not be purchasing anything else until this issue gets resolved.

              i created a ticket with Vudu support a week ago when this all began to occur. i have not heard anything from them yet. i am only missing five movies (out of 1100). the five missing movies are movies that were redeemed with Flixster. they show up in my UV and Flixster libraries. these are not the only Flixster movies that i have redeemed, but they are the only movies that i am missing.

                  Has anyone gotten their movies back? I was told to relink my UV account, which I've already done numerous times to no effect. I've since been met with silence.

                    So far none of my movies have gone missing, but I find this trend scary and disturbing.

                      I hate to say it, but I feel this is never getting resolved. It shouldn't take a week to figure it out. I haven't seen any mod posts here either. I'm sorry Vudu, but this isn't really fair.

                        For what it's worth... I called today and was told they are still working on it. That something changed at UV where something got deleted, and they are working on a resolution.

                        However, if it never gets fixed... Then I would have to break up with Vudu and probably digital all together. I don't want to use multiple services to watch my movies and tv shows. I have spent far too much money to keep all my content at Vudu. (Especially a bunch of non-UV shows/movies that I could watch at Netflix/Amazon.) Plus, you run the risk of it happening again in the future and losing more.
