The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).       So if it's not Vudu nor UV is it the magical digital feary that is messing with us. Damn it feary, I used to have all my accounts hooked up to Vudu and you came into our lives. I don't like you!

        Tonight, you go to ultraviolet info under you account and it goes to the account info page, not the page where it tells you if your ultraviolet link is ok, or where you unlink/relink the UV account, also I added a movie in a main account tonight which is UV (Turbo) and it's not showing up in my secondary account either.....

          A Vudu employee said it wasn't them. Where did you get that it's not an Ultraviolet-based restriction?

            Did VUDU temporarily remove the Ultraviolet account setting from Accoutn info? I don't see it anywhere?

                  Hey Vudu, what's going on?

                  This seems to be something being done on Vudu's side.

                  We can't find our UV settings under UltraViolet Info.

                  Should we start a new thread asking this question since this problem is now completely different than just the error of linking to Vudu?

                    I got so many movies no way of telling at uvvu.com website, but I'm beginning to think my Turbo and Man of Steel Preorder which went UV overnight, was not added to my UV account even cause neither is showing up in my Cinemanow account either, and no way of checking with flixster either cause that account all it does when I login is blank screens.....

                      We have temporarily removed the option to link to UV. It seems that they're having technical difficulties at the current time. As soon as we've confirmed that everything is resolved, we will re-enable the option to re-link the accounts. We believe this should happen shortly.

                          I couldn't answer that for sure. If your issue still persists after the UV problems are resolved, we may need to take a look at your account.

                            I received an e-mail from UltraViolet stating the system was back online. Sure enough, I was able to link my accounts with UltraViolet and Flixster. However, I'm still having the same issue on Vudu. The link just takes me to my Vudu account settings, with no option to link accounts.

                                TURBO isn't showing up for me either at CinemaNow, Target Ticket or Flixster, but I was able to confirm that it was indeed in my UV account and of course here on VUDU, where I redeemed the code. Oddly, MAN OF STEEL shows up everywhere, so not sure what to make of that...
