The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall the app.

    - Uninstall Adobe Air and VUDU To Go from Control panel

    - Delete "%APPDATA%\com.vudu.air.Downloader", and "%APPDATA%\Adobe\AIR". It is crucial that both folders get deleted.

    - Reboot your PC

    - Re-install Vudu-To-Go once again. You can download it from the following link. The installation process will automatically download and install Adobe Air.

    The %APPDATA% is the env for "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming". You can just type it in Explorer or Command prompt to get to it.


    Mac

    For the OS X, you can remove the VUDU App, AIR and delete:
    - ~/Library/Preferences/com.vudu.air.Downloader
    (probably same place for Adobe AIR too).
    and then install VUDU to Go.
    I've tried these steps, but nothing changed. I still can't select View Order. Please help.

    I believe I am having the same problem. I think Ace Ventura: Pet Detective was in my cart. Is there any way to get help with this issue?
