The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" when disc doesn't read

    My Windows Vudu is stuck with a basket that I can't access--it froze up around Friday the 15th. I've tried the suggestions posted in the forum and nothing works. Can someone help me access my basket again? Whenever I try to read a disk for redemption, it freezes up the program. Thanks.

    Hi,
    I just started with this problem today.
    My VUDU to Go has always worked, but I logged in today to pay for some movies I have in my cart, and it does not let me see the cart at all.
    Can someone please fix this for me?

    Left some items in the cart and forgot about them, now I can't view the order or checkout. Tried the fixes, but after reading the thread I figure I need the cart reset or the problem item removed. Help Please.

    Life of Brian and Simone are no longer available for conversion. You should be able to access your cart.

    For months my Mac vudu to go has also been stuck with a full basket that I can't access. Can someone empty it if thats the problem. I've tried everything posted in the forum and nothing works.

    - Uninstall Adobe Air and VUDU To Go from Control panel

    - Delete "%APPDATA%\com.vudu.air.Downloader", and "%APPDATA%\Adobe\AIR". It is crucial that both folders get deleted.

    - Reboot your PC

    - Re-install Vudu-To-Go once again. You can download it from the following link. The installation process will automatically download and install Adobe Air.

    The %APPDATA% is the env for "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming". You can just type it in Explorer or Command prompt to get to it.

    For the OS X, you can remove the VUDU App, AIR and delete:
    - ~/Library/Preferences/com.vudu.air.Downloader
    (probably same place for Adobe AIR too).
    and then install VUDU to Go.
    I am having the same problem. I have tried uninstalling both and deleting the folders but I can't get it to work. Is there something else I can do?

    Once you have acquired (own) a movie, it's there for good. The purchase availability might go away but you'll still have access to view that title from your library.
