Everybody else posting here has the movies in their UV and not vudu. You sound like you have a different situation. My vudu? 2500. My it should be over 2700. I've listed what titles are missing. They are in my UV. My sub accounts that my family members utilize? Missing a thousand. Movies in UV, not vudu.

Sadly I am also missing 180 movies. Everything consistent with previous posters. Hoping this issue is resolved soon.

Just added two new movies from flixster, and one older title disappeared from VUDU.

Still got nothing back that went missing. THANKFULLY, nothing else disappeared when I added something. I just think this is completely RIDICULOUS. We worked hard on our collections, and we should loose the movies we added. I'm afraid this issue will be ignored

No, I'm only given the option to buy them again.

Mine don't show that I own them.

I did notice something interesting...all of my missing movies were acquired via D2D on 10/24/13. I'm willing to bet that if I add another UV title, that the movie that would disappear would be from the remaining five titles converted at that same time. I don't know if this would help track anything or not, but the other movies that were acquired at that same time were:

    Scott Pilgrim
    Superman 2
    Taxi Driver
    The Thing
    X-Men First Class

Now that customers are adding more content either via Ultraviolet or directly via vudu more problems are emerging beyond the issue of vanishing movies and UV content not porting at all.

Existing content should never disappear simply from adding new content.

If I had to guess... It seems likely that last Monday evening or Tuesday morning some new code went live, whether it is on the uvvu end or the vudu end remains to be seen.

Now that a problem has been identified, the logical step would be to roll back whatever change(s) had been made, so hopefully either vudu or uvvu can make that happen as soon as possible.

    Re: Missing Movies

Just joined to say I am missing a bunch of movies now too, entire library was all there in VUDU last week and now the missing movies are only in UVVU/Flixster/CinemaNow.

    At a glance I've noticed I'm missing:

    2 Broke Girls Season 1
    Person of Interest Season 1

    21 Jump Street
A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas
    Accepted
    Batman Begins
    The Bourne Supremacy
    The Bourne Ultimatum
    I,Robot
Lord of the Rings fellowship of the ring extended edition
    The Matrix Revolutions
    Mission Impossible 1
    Mission Impossible 2
    Mission impossible 3
    Oceans Thirteen
    Sherlock Holmes 2
    Shrek 2

There's more I'm missing (that were in VUDU last week), I'll have to check against my old screen shots of my VUDU library. Hope this can be fixed, love VUDU, it's worked great for years, don't want to be unable to see my full library in VUDU.

Wow. I made VUDU my go to provider for redeeming everything since it seemed to have apps everywhere mainly for the game consoles where I do most of my watching. This is actually making re-evaluate whether I can even trust VUDU because of this incident. And who knows if they fix the problem and not all movies show up. The way they wrote it off as NOT their problem but UVVU's problem when it clearly isn't since all those movies and TV shows are showing up in Flixster and Cinemanow.

Very. We shouldn't have to fear losing movies in our vudu account due to redeeming or purchasing movies. Five days of this now. Five days of explaining to young children in my family why some of their favorite movies are gone. Vudu is our streaming service of choice. Let's face it, M-Go, Flixster, and Cinemanow leave a lot to be desired. But five days of this, is utter nonsense. I have other sub accounts missing movies in the 1000 range. I shouldn't have to put in hours of my time to figure out the titles.
