    Re: Missing Movies

I am missing at least 100 and counting. I've opened a ticket and was told to unlink with Ultraviolet and relink. I did that and watched my number of movies drop by about another 150. Has anyone figured out what's going on? I'm missing many of the same movies you all are.

We aren't trying to put pressure on you guys. We just want our movies back, and are upset this will be forgotten about, and this definitely wasn't an ALID issue, because whether something disappeared and what disappeared was all random. There are people who lost nothing, and there are people who lost over 1000 movies and TV shows as well

I got two UV enabled movies today, and Traffic & Star Trek: First Contact disappeared from my collection...so the issue is definitely not fixed yet.

I'm pretty sure I've stated several times that our engineers are working on this issue and that it's our main concern at the moment. This is still an ongoing investigation that involves working with the UV team as well.

And a tentative timeframe would calm everyone down

I know they're there. What I fail to get is why they're not here. They're in mgo. Flixster. Cinemanow. That tells me the issue is on vudus end. And if I recall correctly, you aren't missing anything, so it's very easy for to be reassured and willing to step back

Seriously what is the hold up? How about at least having CS reach out to customers. Rather than email them and never answer their replies.
