In addition to the upgrades I got in the OP, I encountered a problem with redemption of bluray UV codes via flixster. I emailed them and they were added as SD only. After emailing them, they finally fixed them to HD. I think most people here find a mixed experience via flixster support. I've gotten positive results by emailing WB support at uvsupport@wb.com. Perhaps those that haven't gotten anywhere should use this email instead of the flixster one.

Those of you who said you have "upgraded", do you just mean paying $5 to convert a DVD to HD/HDX? I'd be very interested in upgrading items already converted if that's possible, but I didn't think it was currently possible.
Warner never offered HD Ultraviolet rights with their Blu-ray purchases until last mid last summer so people like myself who have been buying Ultraviolet movies since day 1 only received SD UV copies of movies released before they started giving HD rights and there was no way to re-register these codes to get HD. So if you bought Green Lantern on release day you would get SD UV but if you bought it now you would get HD UV. Since that is obviously unfair, users complained to Flixster though support tickets and some received HD rights to the movies they previously received in HD but some were told they were out of luck. Many of these Warner movies had been available for D2D from CinemaNow but not Vudu so impatient folks like myself just paid to do D2D for these and now Vudu has the D2D option for most of these earlier releases. After being told no a few times though Flixster finally got back to me and gave me HD rights for all of my Warner Blu-ray purchases. So now in my UV locker I have 3 different copies of these movies (SD Flixster, HD CinemaNow, and HD Flixster). I had only one movie that was not available for D2D from any service and that was "Journey 2" and they upgraded that as well as the ones I already paid for by doing D2D. So if you haven't it is worth it to put in a ticket to Flixster support to see if you can get HD for these older titles.

Yes, I think they meant upgraded via D2D. I think it is a planned feature to offer upgrades, so I am waiting it out on some titles. But it can't get here soon enough!

I was wondering, When you upgrade do you get two copies of the same movie or does it actually convert the single Previous SD version ?

Can an "upgrade" be had from either D2D, or a new additional UV code ?

None of my stuff has been upgraded either, but I upgraded the stuff I cared about already now that most of it is available through d2d at various providers.

I haven't had any upgraded yet, but they have fixed several of the promotional movies that had incorrect ALID's. The Notebook last week, and today, Carriers. Anyone else have any fixed? Too bad I went ahead and purchased The Notebook.

Flixster finally updated all of my Blu-ray UV purchases to HD. Unfortunately I had already paid ($5/movie on CinemaNow in some cases) to upgrade all but one movie to HD, Journey 2 which isn't available to upgrade anywhere. Oh well at least I got that one now.

    Score

Finally got the hd version of green lantern after numerous attempts to redeem the code from the 3D copy, my sister redeemed a sd dvd months earlier under my flixster account and flixster would allow the 3d/hd code to go through the redemption but not acknowledge the redemption showing only a sd copy on uv&vudu.

Just tried the code again, went through got an error message but vudu is showing a hdx&sd same for uvvu.

So I just had Warner tell me that the movies aren't available in the format that I was asking about. I swear that WB is gonna kill ultraviolet single handedly with their horrible customer service and lack of knowledge of the very service they helped start (and currently hold back). I linked them to this thread and lets hope it gets me the HD UV files like I should have had from the beginning.

Maybe warner is finally coming around to the fact that we really don't wan't to be stuck with SD copies because we either originally had a DVD copy or they stupidly gave us SD copies with Blu Rays.
Thanks for the update. Couple months ago I tried to add HD version where I had SD versions and both failed. Today I was able to upgrade Project X via Flixster. Wrath Of The Titans failed with error "70101: Max authorization code use exceeded".

I had 2 Universal titles that were SD when I redeemed them, Cowboys & Aliens & Hop. I sent Universal tickets for both. They gave me a new code for Hop to redeem it in HD but said C&A wasn't available for an HD upgrade. Then a few days ago C&A was upgraded by Universal to HD on my UV account so worth a try to contact them.
