The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     I'm completely mystified as to why these early WB titles are not at least available Disc-to-Digital by now here on Vudu and CinemaNow...
    I just got the same response with one of my tickets. I put in a few tickets so we will see where those go.

    Horrible bosses upgraded automatically but nothing has changed on green lantern or the last 2 Harry potter movies.

    Still haven't received a response from them again. However Universal just upgraded my Cowboys & Aliens to HDX. Good thing it wasn't working with Vudu D2D at home or else I would have just gone ahead and converted it as they told me at first it wasn't available in HD through the digital copy.

    I kept going back and forth with Warner Bros and either I wore the person down or got someone who actually knows how to do their job or is trained. All they did was add the movies to my ultraviolet account like they do when if you lost/never got the Ultraviolet code with the Blu-ray purchase.

    The Green Lantern got added in HD without me asking about that title.

    I did the same with HP Deathly Hallows #2. It was SD, but after 10 days of back and forth, I got it upgraded to HD in my UV and now my Vudu has it has an HDX title instead of just SD. I just had to keep at it with Warren Bros support.

    OK I just emailed them directly after originally putting a ticket in with Flixster UV support (weeks ago) and WB UV support (last week) and I quickly got a response this time, unfortunately it was the same lame canned response I got weeks ago from Flixster:

    "Thank you for your inquiry regarding Disc to Digital. At this time we are working on enabling this UltraViolet? Digital Copy title to an HD format for your Blu-ray purchase.

    We value customer feedback like yours and are continually working to improve our services.

    We appreciate your patience. Thank you for contacting us."

    Is this the response you got before your movies were upgraded?

    All I did was send an email to uvsupport@warnerbros.com with the list of movies that I own the Blu-ray of but got SD rights on Vudu.     Basically I guess that means the customer service rep didn't know what they were talking about. Plenty of people here have redeemed that code in HD. That was the one they gave me problems with too. They definitely have the HD rights to those older titles. I think it's mostly a case of finding the correct CS to talk to.

    I requested an upgrade for Harry Potter 7.2 and they replied that they don't have the HD rights to these older releases.

    I hope they don't require the codes as I don't have the codes for some of mine but they were all from blu-ray purchases. =(
