Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     "True Grit" (2010 version) Blu-Ray didn't register correctly.

    Also the new Ultimate Gangster Collection Classics from WB doesn't identify either...

    My guess is all of the disc issues (not identifying the disc, mismapped discs, etc) lies with Gracenote and they seem to take forever to fix any issues. If this is the case then Vudu has to go to them to have the issues fixed and their hands are partially tied although they could put corporate pressure on them.

    At this point I'm about done with D2D as it seems I've converted all the titles I can with the In Home app. All of the remaining titles I have left either have disc issues that need to be resolved, are from studios which don't support D2D, or are titles that aren't available with D2D.

    I've just installed the VUDUToGo app v2.0.7 for the first time. Had some strange troubles and couldn't get any disc including Blu-rays to successfully read, so I uninstalled Adobe Air, VUDUToGo, upgraded the Blu-ray drive firmware (LG model BH12LS38, firmware 1.01-D0), reinstalled VUDUToGo and Adobe Air, and was now at least able to scan Blu-ray discs successfully. But every DVD I try always comes back with:
    There was an error reading this disc.

    You may take this disc to your nearest Walmart store for instance conversion.

    I've been using my laptop instead for DVDs so managed to get through most everything anyway, but would certainly prefer to see the program able to read DVDs on my desktop computer too. Anything I can provide you to help diagnose this, please let me know.

    Battlestar Galactica (1978) has the DVD listed as being eligible for D2D and offers both the SD and HD options. However, the Blu-ray is not listed in the D2D list. Can the Blu-ray version be added to the list?
